WasteXpress kicked off the year by welcoming new team members across the organization, including Michelle Bowman (Outside Sales – Tacoma), Gage Inman (Driver – Tacoma), and Paul Schultz as the new President. Our field teams and sales staff have been busy executing impactful jobs across the Pacific Northwest region. Notable work includes a complex site cleanup in Battle Ground, WA led by Ryan, an episodic hazardous waste event for the Bellevue School District handled by Jillian, a specialized chemical cleanup at a self-storage facility coordinated by Jeff, and an ESA completed by Ryan. We also successfully partnered with CCS on a sulfuric acid tank cleaning project in Tualatin and awarded the City of Vancouver’s Waste Incentive Network (WIN) program. Operationally, WXE has restructured sales into a more aggressive Inside and Outside model, allowing WXE to expand our market reach, creating a repeatable sales process leading to reoccurring monthly, quarterly customers while providing a white glove service. In support of these efforts, we’ve rolled out Knowsys for advanced sales prospecting and we are currently beta testing WasteLinq, a new end-to-end operations platform that will streamline everything from customer setup to final billing. With strong leadership and upgraded systems in place, WasteXpress is poised for a successful year.
