CCS
It has been an action-packed start to the year at CCS. The division continues to grow, evolve, and advance in several ways. We’ve brought on talented leaders, welcoming Frank Flanegan (President), Travis Martell (Director of Fleet), Adam Moeller (Regional Superintendent), Shawn Cain (Field Account Manager), and Michael Murphy (Lead Maintenance Tech) to the CCS team. The maintenance shop has been completely revamped and expanded, and we’ve made a significant investment in new pickup trucks to update the fleet.
CCS has accomplished a wide range of successful projects across our service area and secured new work already in 2025. Project highlights include the pulp mill outage in Halsey, fryer outage in Caldwell, heat exchanger, clarifier, and pit cleanings in Boardman, asphalt tank cleanings in Nampa, tank cleaning for inspection following a fire in Portland, gasoline and additive tank cleanings in Portland, and transportation and disposal of petroleum-contaminated soil in Tacoma. New work has been secured at a gypsum plant in Tacoma, a resource recovery provider in Pasco, a cruise line company operating throughout the PNW, and hydrodemolition support for a large treatment plant project in Seattle. This is just a portion of what’s happened so far in 2025—there are several other projects not mentioned and many more exciting things ahead this year. With the safe performance of work as a top priority, CCS’s continued growth in industrial and environmental solutions across the entire PNW has been impressive to see!
TAURUS: POWER & CONTROLS At Taurus, 2025 marks a significant milestone as we integrate three departments and team members in Longview and Boise while also celebrating 40 years in business. The Sales team, Estimators, and Department Managers have been working closely to maintain a steady influx of new projects in Controls, Panel Fabrication, and Power Testing across various industries, including Water/Wastewater, Power Generation, Industrial, and Government sectors.
This year also marks the launch of our largest project to date—the Bull Run Filtration and Pipeline—a three-year endeavor that will redefine our capabilities. With our expanded resources and a team of top notch employees, the future of Taurus is looking brighter than ever!
