Profit Sharing

I hope this message finds you well. We’re nearly three months into 2025 and it promises to be a great year! Our team is growing, our pipelines are filling and we’re still out there hunting for more opportunities. As always, we are committed to maintaining a transparent and exciting profit-sharing structure, and we regularly work to improve and adjust the program to ensure it aligns with both the company’s goals and our team’s contributions. This year, we’re making it easier than ever to earn under our profit-sharing program. The annual target profit sharing amount is $2,000 per participant. Historically, the amount was paid in four $500 increments as we reached 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% of target marks. In 2025, the payout structure will be adjusted to five payments of $400 whenever we reach 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% and 100% of target marks. We will provide the first update with our progress as we finish the first quarter. For now, let’s keep the focus on safety, exceptional service to our customers and recruiting the best and brightest talent to join our team. I truly appreciate your continued dedication and hard work, and we look forward to our continued success and growth together!
